Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase of your hat. If for any reason your order is not as you expected, you may return, exchange, or credit your purchase.
We will refund you as soon as the piece arrives to the studio. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
If you feel your hat just needs a small tweak please get in touch with us at hello@faomillinery.com and we will see what we can do.
For returns please contact us at hello@faomillinery.com and we will email you a return merchandise authorisation RMA number. No return/exchange will be accepted without an RMA and prior authorisation.

All items must be returned within 14 days from delivery in a saleable condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

All hats must not be worn outside or show any sign of use or misuse.

Items that show signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return.

Please note if you would like to exchange your hat size via our webstore, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Damaged/Incorrect Item
If you receive your order and it has a fault, damage or is incorrect please notify us via hello@faomillinery.com within three business days of receiving your order.
Please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.
Bespoke Pieces
Please note on bespoke pieces there is no return policy on these as they have been made especially for you.
